If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do this by filling out our return form.
Customer-Initiated Returns
At Windgoo, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications so that our customers can make informed choices. However, we understand that a product sometimes does not meet expectations due to personal preferences.
For returns or exchanges initiated due to customer preference (e.g., size, color, or model suitability) and not due to a product defect, the following conditions apply:
- Eligibility: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional costs incurred for exchanging or re-shipping a new product.
- Restocking Fees: Restocking fees may apply to exchanges or returns due to customer preference.
- Exchange Costs: Any price differences between the exchanged items and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure the correct choice, we advise customers to carefully review the detailed product descriptions, including size and suitability guidelines, on our website before making a purchase.

Return Policy
• Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the product.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you. Therefore, handle the product carefully and ensure it is properly packed when returning it.
Please note: Thoroughly inspect your Windgoo bike upon receipt before use. Check the brakes, saddle, and stand. If defects are found, DO NOT use the bike and contact us within 48 hours.
General Return Process
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will then be refunded. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
• If you have not received your refund within 2-3 business days, please first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you have checked this and still have not received the refund, please contact us at contact@windgoofun.nl.
Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs.
Cancel Order
• We can cancel the order for you if you contact us promptly after the purchase. If your payment is complete and the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order before the item is shipped. We will refund the full purchase amount. Please contact us quickly at contact@windgoofun.nl.
• Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
