Bring your bicycle to our shop at the agreed time. Our team will receive your bicycle, note down the necessary details, and create a service ticket to track the repair.
3. Inspection and Diagnosis
Our mechanics conduct a thorough inspection to determine the cause of the problem and assess the overall condition of your bicycle. We check important components such as the brakes, gears, tires, drivetrain, and electrical systems (for e-bikes).
4. Receive a repair quote
After the inspection, you will receive a clear repair quote from us with an overview of the recommended work, necessary parts, and expected costs. Repairs will only commence after you have approved the quote.
5. Repairs and maintenance
