Warranty Policy

 

Theft:

No coverage – theft of the e-bike is not covered by the warranty.

Legal conformity:

This policy does not affect your legal rights. You may expect a sound product; the

duration of these rights depends on the product and its use.

Delivery of the bicycle:

You bring the bicycle to our store; the bicycle must be delivered clean.

Repairs at no cost:

Repairs are free of charge if you bring the bicycle to our store in Hoofddorp.

Display:

24 months commercial warranty on manufacturing defects. Damage due to impact, water, or misuse is excluded. The display/control panel is not covered by the extra/additional warranty.

Accidents:

Damage due to falls, collisions, or misuse is not covered.

Frame:

2-year warranty on the frame.

Handling location:

All repairs for customers in Amsterdam are carried out in Hoofddorp.

Exclusions for manual:

Damage due to not following the instructions in the manual is not covered by the warranty.

Submitting a warranty claim:

Submit a claim via the warranty form. You can also make an appointment by sending an email to contact@windgoofun.nl and bringing your bicycle to the store for assessment.

Free services:

The first three warranty repairs are free of charge. From the fourth repair onwards, costs may be incurred.
