A defect has been identified in the BMS (Battery Management System) of B20 bikes. This concerns B20 bikes that use an outdated battery. When using an outdated battery, there is an increased risk of overheating and fire during charging, especially when the charger is not disconnected after the battery is fully charged. This poses a safety hazard to the user.

1. Stop using immediately
You must stop using the B20 immediately. Do not charge the B20 anymore.

2. Return the bike
We request you to return the B20 bike to our store in Hoofddorp:

3. Receive compensation
You can exchange your B20 for a different model. The purchase amount of the B20 will be deducted from the price of the new model. You will then only pay the remaining amount, depending on the model you choose. Conditions:
- You must be able to prove your purchase with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Did you purchase the bike through a dealer? Then 35% of the original purchase price will be deducted.
- Do you not have proof of purchase? Then you will receive a €200 discount when you trade in your bike.
