Ordered on Sunday and delivered assembled on Tuesday. The bikes are beautiful and solid. We are completely happy.
Very easy ordering process. The bike could be picked up at the store within 2 days. Good explanation by the friendly salesperson. Good service. Highly recommended!! Keep up the good work 👊🏾👍🏾👏🏾
Fast delivery, pleasant and good contact with customer service. I read in a previous review the same thing that happened to us. When unpacking, the front panel was bent. No problem, they didn't make a fuss, I was politely assisted by customer service, they just sent a new one and I installed it myself. TOP! That's how you should treat your customers.
Everything clear, and delivered quickly. Nice quality bikes for a reasonable price.
